Cancellation Policy

To cancel any order, please write to pplagro@gmail.com or contact our helpline number. If your cancellation request is accepted by management, 2% of the total order value may be deducted as payment gateway commission.

The remaining amount will be transferred to the provided bank account within 7-10 days from approval of the cancellation request.

An order can be cancelled only before dispatch, and a valid reason may be required. Acceptance or rejection of any cancellation request remains solely at the discretion of management.

Bulk or customized orders cannot be cancelled and no amount will be refunded for such orders.

After you receive the order, if a return request is approved by PPL Agro, the refund amount will be reversed through NEFT or RTGS. Logistics charges are not covered by PPL Agro and will be payable by the customer.
