Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped from our own warehouse or various locations across India. Our aim is to ensure that the products reach you within a reasonable period, typically 1-8 working days from receipt of the order and completion of successful payment. Delivery periods may vary depending on the destination address and order type.

Order deliveries are made by our own staff or trusted third-party courier and logistics partners, usually between 10:30 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Goods received must be acknowledged at the given address. We are not responsible for acknowledgements made by anyone other than the person listed as recipient during the order process.

Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at the time of placing an order.

We are not responsible for any damage to products once they have been delivered to the specified address.
